The board has connections for Drive Access and Drive Power LEDs. It uses the standard 4 pin floppy power connector for easy installation into existing enclosures or computers.

Notice: FireWire 400 when used with existing 7200rpm drives will not perform at 40MB/s. Current drives are too slow to take advantage of this speed. You can expect to achieve about 30MB/s using the current fastest drives on the market.
